SOLAR PHOTOVOLTAICS Partnership (online info session)

The Horizon Europe Strategic Plan 2025-2027 Horizon Europe strategic plan 2025-2027 - European Commission (europa.eu) identified nine new public-private partnerships including the Solar Photovoltaic Partnership.
The goal of this partnership is to increase the solar photovoltaic industry's participation in research and innovation across its value chain.
The partnership will be led by the European Solar PV Industry Alliance (ESIA) European Solar PV Industry Alliance – ESIA that will identify barriers, opportunities and investment possibilities in the solar PV value chain while also addressing circularity and sustainability and the impact on skills. Since December 2022, all organizations interested in cooperation with the PV industry in Europe can join the ESIA Alliance.
The Solar Partnership is planned as a co-programmed partnership, and the topics concerning Solar PV will be part of the Cluster 5 Climate, Energy, Mobility under Horizon Europe Program.
During the meeting, we will talk about EU strategies related to this partnership and initiatives concerning the European PV market such as ESIA alliance. We will also show the possibilities of cooperation for Polish PV sector, as well as the ongoing and planned research opportunities.
The webinar is organized by the National Contact Point for EU Research Programs and the Industry Contact Point for Low Emission Technologies and Clean Energy, operating at the Łukasiewicz - Warsaw Institute of Technology
